Tort Deform
Do you know what “tort reform” is?
So-called tort reformers want to “clean up” the civil justice system, eliminating big judgments and the economic burdens on companies that result from adverse lawsuits.

They say that lawsuits increase the cost of their products. Before you believe that, read this thoughtful article. As the author asks, just how much less would a car cost if the manufacturer reduced its legal expenses?
